Whom do I contact for technical support?


NAU has two technology help desks for learning management system (LMS) issues.

  • Faculty: e-Learning Center (ELC) email help and phone support for course development, course settings, and content upload issues.
  • Students: Student Technology Center (STC), where all student issues and basic technical issues for faculty such as browser settings will be addressed

In addition, faculty can contact the Solution Center for other computing support for such issues as accounts, passwords, and all other computer applications other than the LMS.
