Every course is different but, for the most part, yes. We do have some web-enhanced classes where students meet in person but which also have access to course resources on the web. In other cases, you may be mailed a CD that contains materials too large to be downloaded effectively. In still other cases, there may be an Instructional Television (ITV) component to your class.
