How do I request new features in Bb Vista?

If you would like to see a particular feature added to Vista, or if an existing feature operates differently from the way you prefer, you can either contact Blackboard directly or tell the e-Learning Center. Don Carter, the director of the e-Learning Center, is a member of the Vista product advisory board. The board meets at least twice a year to collect requests and requirements from customers. Note, however, that the board often receives competing or conflicting requests about how a certain feature should work. Blackboard releases new and revised Vista features less frequently than they release bug fixes, so you might have to wait 6 to 18 months to see your requested feature implemented. It is also possible that Blackboard might not agree to include your request in future releases of Vista.
