Make sure you have enabled your web browser to accept popups from vista.nau.edu.
If that doesn't work, determine if you have any other popup blockers. Tools such as Google Toolbar and Yahoo! Toolbar have their own popup blockers built in. It is advised to either uninstall additional programs like these that have their own popup blockers; disable their popup blockers; or make sure those extra popup blockers allow popups from vista.nau.edu.
