If you are unable to open up Bb Vista it could be due to an issue that pops up sometimes for users logging into Bb Vista from home. If you are connected to the NAU VPN, and are unable to open Vista, try logging into Vista after disconnecting from the VPN. This may fix the problem. In some cases you may need to take the opposite action: you may need to connect to the VPN before logging in to Bb Vista.
