Simply changing your browser to Firefox will fix the problem.
If you would prefer to not download Firefox, you can
- Open Internet Explorer (IE)
- Choose Tools
- Choose Internet Options
- Select the Security tab
- Highlight the Trusted Sites icon
- Select the "Sites" button
- A Trusted sites window will open
- Enter *.elluminate.com into the "Add this website to the zone" field
- Select the Add button
- Uncheck the "require server verification (https:)..." box
- Select OK until you are back at the browser window
Make sure to log out of Bb Vista, close all other IE instances, and log back into Bb Vista prior to joining an Elluminate session.
