Designers and intructors cannot restore backups manually in the learning management system (LMS). You will need to contact the LMS administrators to restore the section into a new class shell or copy the content into an existing shell. If you need a backup restored please send an email to elc-help@nau.edu or call the faculty helpline.
In the correspondence, please identify where the backup exists on the LMS. Is it saved as a file in your Content Collection or in the Content Collection of a specific class?
If you have the backup file downloaded on your computer you will need to send the file to the administrators to restore the course to the LMS.
