Restrict Access option affecting student login to Elluminate sessions.


This option will deny access to anyone who is not on the “invitation list” contained in the “Session Moderators & Participants” area.  Currently, we only have Moderators on this list.  So, we only use it if we are inviting other Moderators.

[If at some point in the future, we install Elluminate on our local NAU servers, then we will have the ability to integrate with our LDAP system and include students.]

For now, to resolve this issue:
Under “3 Session Access”, go ahead and deselect the “Restrict Session Access”.  (You can continue to use a password.)

Once the Restrict Session is turned off, ask the students to select the radio button to the left of “Guest”.  If they complete the Email, Display, and Password fields, then they should be able to get in.
