As Of Grades
ePlanning has built a system that displays students' current course grades ("As Of" Grades) throughout the semester in external systems such as the MyNAU Portal and Grade Performance Status (GPS) application, which is NAU's Academic Feedback System.

Follow these instructions to configure your Gradebook column for grade export to GPS. Please note that after completing the steps below, you will also need to go into the GPS system and initiate a grade import from Bb Learn before grades will appear there. GPS will only display letter, not numeric, grades.
Enter the Grade Center
- Open a Bb Learn course
- Click on Grade Center in Course Management
- Click Full Grade Center in the sub-menu

- The Total column is a calculated column that is the default "External Grade" column. The "External Grade" column is indicated with a green checkmark
and is used to display grades in Bb Learn's My Grades and Report Card, the MyNAU student portal, and GPS (Grade Performance Status).
