Before you can use tools in your course, you must first add them. Go to the Build tab, and from the Designer Tools menu, click Manage Course. The Manage Course screen appears.

Click Tools. The Tools screen appears. A checkmark appears next to the tools that have already been added to the course.

After selecting all of the tools you want to use, scroll down and then click Save. The tools you have selected are now available for you to use.
