Cynthia Conn, Ph.D.

Dr. Cynthia Conn is a part-time faculty member at NAU's College of Education where he teaches graduate courses in Educational Technology. Dr. Conn Cynthia Conn graduated from the University of Northern Colorado (UNC) in 2003 with a Ph.D. in Educational Technology and a doctoral minor in Applied Statistics and Research Methods. She earned a master's degree in Instructional Resources from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and is a alumnus of Northern Arizona University, completing a bachelor's of arts degree in Political Science.
