    Recycling at Home Football Events

    For the first-time ever NAU recycled at their home football tailgating events. For each game this season a group of volunteers handed out recycling bags and discussed recycling best-practices with attendees. By the end of the season tailgaters were waiting for their recycling bags. The Environmental Caucus’ Waste Minimization Team led the effort. Volunteer groups were made up of students from a First-Year Seminar on Waste, the resident housing eco-reps, the Green Jacks, and other recycling supporters.
