The Verde Valley Agricultural Coalition in conjunction with the City of Cottonwood are hosting a community forum to discuss the potential for a food hub in our area.

You will hear from a panel: Patty Emmert from Duncan Farms and coordinator of the wildly successful Litchfield Farmers Market; Greg Elmer a local grocer; An NRCS representative; Keynote Kathy Nyquist who has successfully established food hubs nation-wide; and me! (Nancy Gottschalk) presenting my thesis findings on expanded agriculture in the Cottonwood area.
