• You can get credit for working out.
• You guarantee yourself a spot in the class and don't have to "fight the crowds."
• You will stay committed to your health and fitness throughout the entire semester.
• We offer many unique classes not available at the Recreation Center.

Monday: 12-4
Tuesday:  9-10 and 12-3
Wednesday:  12-4
Thursday:  9-1
Friday:  12-4
