You Techin to me?!

Dear Tuesday,

I love you. You’re not stupid Monday. You’re far enough away from the weekend to not tease me with what Friday might bring. Not to mention you bring me all kinds of tech news and you know how much I love my tech news.

Shaun El-Ters from JackCentral.com brings you his review of Halo Wars. Having played the demo, I’m pretty excited about possibly picking this up. Shaun discusses how it’s a real time strategy (RTS) game, but you’re not getting a RTS experience. It’s a must see for Halo fans, but RTS fans will probably want to skip it. (Plaid should buy me video games so I can review them.)

I hope you didn’t sell your Xbox to Circuit City as it was going out of business. Apparently, they aren’t wiping hard drives. Which means all your info is still on it. SCARY. If you are getting rid of your Xbox, do this: Turn it on, and hit the dashboard button (xbox logo in the center of the controller). Head right to Settings > System Settings > Memory. Then, select your hard drive and hit the “Y” button. The format option will wipe you clean!

You know how I hate being without internet, right Tuesday? Well now I can fly with American Airlines, and still get it. The Wi-Fi does cost almost ten bucks a flight depending on flight miles, but that’s a small price to pay when you can play World of Warcraft at 30,000 feet!

Skype just released an application for the iPhone. I guess it’s buggy. To bad I don’t have an iPhone to test that theory.
