Is Tai Chi for me? Here's a chance to try Tai Chi for free! If you are thinking about taking Beginning Tai Chi or just want to learn more about the practice, this workshop will give you a practical overview. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. This class is for NAU Faculty and Staff only.
