  • In addition to rental fees above, User shall pay all labor and expenses related to use of the facility (see additional fee information below).
  • Half day is defined as less than 4 hours; full day is defined as 4 hours or more.
  • Events charging admission must use NAU Central Ticketing.
  • Events charging admission shall pay 5% gross ticket sales for categories II and III, 10% gross ticket sales for category VI in addition to the rental fee stated above.
  • Catered events must contact NAU Dining at 928-523-4981 to arrange food service.
  • Please see Facility Rental Agreement / Contract for additional information.
  • All rates and information are subject to change without notice prior to execution of a Facility Rental Agreement / Contract.
  • Prochnow Auditorium is equipped with house sound, house lights, spot lights and 35MM projection.  Additional equipment may be available on request.  Fees will be assessed based on category and specifications.
  • An additional hourly fee of $20.00 will be charged for rentals outside regular building hours.
  • An additional fee of $25.00 shall be charged for each set change per day.
  • An additional fee of $25.00 shall be charged for short notice set changes.
  • Catered events must make arrangements with NAU Dining, 928-523-4981.
  • Ticketed events must make arrangements with NAU Central Ticketing, 928-523-7732
  • Half day is defined as less than 4 hours; full day is defined as 4 - 8 hours; additional fees may be charged for rentals exceeding 8 hours
  • Charges for additional labor, equipment, phone service, electrical tie-in, property loss or damage, or any other expenses incurred relating to rental of any facility above will be billed to the use
