1. As you discuss this course with people you know, you would expect a certain degree of skepticism about the hypotheses on human mating preferences. Pick 3 unmarried individuals, the same sex as you, and ask them to describe their ideal mate in 5 categories: earning capacity, industriousness, youth, physical attractiveness, and chastity. Report for each individual: age, sex, number of previous marriages if any, current occupation, and their description of the ideal mate.

2. How do these results compare with the reading on human sexual preferences?

3. Do you think that human sexual preferences are related to fitness? Explain.
