Fall 2004 Courses

Required Courses:

EPS 590 Drug and Alcohol Abuse: Prevention and Treatment (3 units). Offered at three locations: West Maricopa, Thatcher, and Pardise Valley.

HP 585 Substance Abuse Prevention for Health Professionals (3 units) A web-based course currently offered only during the summer session

PSY 432 Psychophysiology of Drugs and Behavior (3 units). Offered on the Flagstaff campus and at the Yuma campus.

PSY 575 Substance Abuse Screening and Assessment Skills (1 unit). Currently only taught on Flagstaff campus only in summer session, 3-day course.

Electives (need only one):

HP 577 (3 units, web course) Socio-Cultural and Behaviorial Aspects of Public Health. Offered on the web.

HP 532A Applied Aspects of Program Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation (3 units).
