My research focused on wintertime ecosystem respiration at our tundra warming experiment in Healy, AK, CiPEHR.  I quantified carbon loss from the tundra during the non-growing season, determined the drivers of wintertime respiration, and tried to understand how the wintertime carbon balance will be altered with climate change.
